Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on LockedIn for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it through your iTunes/App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The materials on LockedIn are provided on an 'as is' basis. LockedIn makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall LockedIn or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on LockedIn.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
